You may return unworn, unwashed items with tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition and packaging.

• Fragrances without the original seal
• Items marked as “Final Sale”
• Products returned after the 14-day window
• Worn or damaged items not approved by customer service

Simply request a return through our Returns Portal, ship the product back with tracking, and we’ll process it as soon as it reaches our warehouse.

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to your original payment method, or faster if you choose store credit.
